Hi, I am Suhail. A few years back, I was a successful to-be Partner at McKinsey & Company. However the more leadership roles I took on, the more I realized I was struggling to achieve sustainable peak performance. Unfortunately, it was impacting not only me, but also my teams as I was not leading the way I would have envisioned.

But then, my life changed. I stumbled upon an NGO rooted in traditions of Eastern philosophy. Here, I experienced the concept of personal mastery - the idea that you can respond better in the outer world when you can control your mind and the inner world. As I went deeper into personal mastery, I noticed a change in my leadership style: I became more secure and confident, moved from aggressive to assertive, learnt how to navigate complex relations with ease and built deeper human connections. Most importantly, I was able to take on any challenge calmly, without letting go of my smile.

I had found my answers through personal mastery. I now wanted to bring this to others.

Have you ever wondered why all the top athletes have coaches? Because they need someone who can watch them play the game, help them observe their actions and mindsets, and eventually help them become better performers.
